I have had a good experience overall dealing with Helio Energy. Initially there were some communication issues on the placement of our panels and the aesthetics we were shooting for. However, the reason for my review is because they were willing to go back to make the changes we requested on our design when it seemed they were already past that part in our process to get solar. On top of that, they were the best priced for the type of panels I wanted to install on my home after I had done research of what I felt were the best panels for me; other companies quoted me a few thousand more for the same system.
